Through this training course, participants will learn the following:
- The Body– the human body, the physical substance of the human organism composed of living cells and extra cellular materials and organized into tissues, organs and systems.
- The Mind– The mind is the set of faculties including cognitive aspects such as consciousness, imagination, perception, thinking, intelligence, judgment, language and memory, as well as non-cognitive aspects such as emotion and instinct.
- The Soul– the soul is the ‘driver’ in the body. It is the ‘roohu or spirit or atma, anima’ in Latin, the presence of which make the physical body alive. Many religious and philosophical traditions support the view that the soul is the “ethereal substance” (or incorporeal essence of the a living being) – a spirit, a non-material spark – particular to a unique living being.
